Why is my rate $127 instead of $147?
It's our preferred rate for people referred by a Firestarter partner. You get the full Signature Plan, and your $127 rate is locked for the life of your plan.
Will my price ever change?
No. Your rate and plan terms are locked in at the price you join at. The only time it changes is if you choose to upgrade or change your plan yourself.
What is White Glove setup, and do I need it?
It's optional. Our team connects your email, calendar, and domain, links your payment processor and social accounts, and imports your contacts, so you start with everything plugged in. It's normally $197, and $97 at your preferred rate when you add it at checkout. Prefer to do it yourself? Live tech hours walk you through every step.
What happens in the 1:1 onboarding session?
A private Zoom where we log in with you and walk you through the platform, so you know your way around before you build. After that, live tech hours five days a week carry you through the rest.
Are there costs beyond the plan?
Your plan includes a $20 monthly credit toward email, texting, and premium features. Beyond that, usage is pay-as-you-go (about $1 per 1,000 emails and $0.04 per text), so you only pay for what you send. The credit doesn't roll over month to month.
